Hey friends!

In tech class over the past couple weeks, we have been using this really neat slideshow tool called powtoon. It uses cloud based software and you can create an account for free. You can add cartoons, pictures, music, and voiceover. it comes with a great base of media to include in your presentation but also gives the option to upload your own media as well. This ensures a diverse array of media to choose from. Once you have completed your work you can submit it and a youtube link is sent to your email. That is a really cool bonus for exporting your work. I have used powtoon to create a mini-presentation introducing all you wonderful people to what 'genius hour' exactly is, what the rules are, and an example rubric of how it will be marked. I added a little music to send some fun vibes your way and get you "pumped up" for my genius hour project ;)
